Meet the Harmony MSP team
The people behind Harmony MSP — the engineers and problem-solvers who keep Central Florida businesses running.

Jason Russell
Jason Russell began his career in U.S. Navy cryptologic communications, went on to support the National Security Agency as a contractor, and led the DoD MND-B Tactical Biometrics Cell in Baghdad. That experience shaped how he approaches protecting a business: security has to be built in from the start, not bolted on as an afterthought. Jason founded Harmony MSP (originally Harmony Tech) in 2011 and leads the firm from its home base in Lake Mary, delivering managed IT support and security to small businesses across the Orlando area, with a focus on medical, dental, legal and financial practices. Every Harmony MSP agreement includes the full security stack by default — no tiers, no upsells, no exceptions. Outside of work, Jason enjoys life in Central Florida with his family and wife of over 27 years.

Kyle
Kyle is a Sr. Support Engineer at Harmony MSP, which means when something breaks, he's usually the one who fixes it. He spends his days hands-on in client systems: troubleshooting, patching, and keeping things running, always with the understanding that behind every ticket is a person trying to get work done. Kyle explains problems and fixes in plain English rather than tech-speak, and he keeps clients in the loop from the first call through the final resolution. He also does the job the secure way, because at Harmony MSP security isn't an add-on; it's built into every fix, every configuration, and every change. Patient on the phone and thorough at the keyboard, Kyle is the engineer clients ask for by name.

Tyler
Tyler handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps client environments running the way they should. He deploys and configures the remote monitoring and management tools at the core of Harmony MSP's support operation, keeps client documentation accurate and current, and takes care of the routine technical tasks — system configuration, DNS management, and day-to-day upkeep — that keep networks stable and well maintained. Steady and detail-focused, Tyler gives the rest of the team a dependable foundation to build on, and clients benefit from systems that get consistent, careful attention.

Lee
Lee is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Harmony MSP, which makes Lee the person keeping the business behind the business running. While the technical team is heads-down in client networks, Lee handles the machinery around that work: scheduling, invoicing, vendor accounts, and the books, all kept clean and current so nothing slips. Clients rarely see this side of the company, but they feel it every time paperwork arrives when promised, billing is accurate to the line, and questions get answered without a runaround. Every small business owner knows a company runs only as well as the person minding its calendar and its books. At Harmony MSP, that person is Lee.
