A HARMONY MSP PODCAST

Ctrl+Alt+Protect

Cybersecurity and technology, explained for the people running the business instead of the people running the servers. Each episode takes one problem that actually hits small and mid-sized companies, explains how it works, and ends with something you can do about it this week.

Short episodes, plain English, no scare tactics and no sales pitch.

Hosted by Jason Russell, U.S. Navy cryptologist turned founder of Harmony MSP in Lake Mary, Florida.

About the show

Most cybersecurity advice is written for people who already work in technology. Ctrl+Alt+Protect is not. Every episode picks one real problem, explains how it actually works in language a business owner can use, and finishes with a concrete next step.

Recent subjects include email spoofing and the authentication records that stop it, and what cyber insurance applications are really asking when they ask about your controls. Episodes are short on purpose. You should be able to finish one on the drive in and walk through the door knowing something useful.

Who it is for

🧭

Owners and partners

You sign off on the technology spending and you carry the risk, but nobody has explained the tradeoffs in language you can act on.

🗂️

Office and practice managers

You are the one vendors call, staff ask, and auditors question. These episodes give you answers you can repeat with confidence.

🩺

Regulated practices

Medical, dental, legal, and accounting firms, where a compliance obligation is attached to nearly every technology decision you make.
