It does not apply to information Harmony MSP processes on behalf of its clients while delivering managed IT and cybersecurity services. That client data is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and, where protected health information is involved, by a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”). For that data, Harmony MSP acts as a service provider or business associate to its clients, not as the entity that decides how the data is used.
