Harmony MSP, LLC (“Harmony MSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at harmony-msp.com (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Scope of This Policy — Website Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website. It does not apply to information Harmony MSP processes on behalf of its clients while delivering managed IT and cybersecurity services. That client data is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and, where protected health information is involved, by a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”). For that data, Harmony MSP acts as a service provider or business associate to its clients, not as the entity that decides how the data is used.

Please do not submit sensitive or regulated information through the Website. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, login credentials, or any health information, including protected health information (PHI), through our forms or email links. The Website is for general inquiries and is not a secure channel for regulated data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
  • Send newsletters and marketing communications you have asked to receive;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • Analyze how the Website is used so we can make it more useful;
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Website work, understand how it is used, and support our marketing. These generally fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Performance and analytics cookies — help us understand traffic and how visitors interact with the Website.
  • Functional cookies — remember your preferences to improve your experience.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies — set by us or our advertising partners to measure and deliver relevant ads, including on other sites you visit.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through industry opt-out tools such as those offered by the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance, or by adjusting your settings on the relevant analytics or advertising platforms. Because there is no common industry standard, our Website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; however, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following ways:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us — for example, website hosting, email and marketing-platform providers, analytics providers, and our customer-relationship-management system — who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
  • Advertising partners. If we use advertising or analytics cookies, certain information may be shared with those partners. Under some state privacy laws, this type of cookie-based disclosure may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out as described in Sections 4 and 7.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Harmony MSP, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All visitors

You may contact us at any time using the details in Section 12 to ask about the information we hold, request a copy or correction, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; access a copy of that information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16. You may exercise these rights by contacting us as described in Section 12, and you will not be discriminated against for doing so. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may verify the agent’s authority and your identity.

Residents of other U.S. states

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect), you may have similar rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us as described in Section 12. If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome of your appeal as required by law.

How we handle requests

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, which may require us to ask for additional information. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices

  • Marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message. We will continue to send necessary, non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser and the opt-out tools described in Section 4.
  • Preference signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

9. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect through the Website. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information through the Website at your own risk, and you should not transmit sensitive or regulated data through it.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, manage your newsletter subscription, or maintain business records — and for as long as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated Policy on the Website. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
